Originally, the self-developed Construction Material-Recycling Screen (Baustoff-Recyclingsieb) reduced the process costs in the asphalting plants of the BHS. Today, it has become a recognised screening machine that offers an unimagined value for money through its functionality, robustness and high handling volume. Concept and selection of machinery

Our machines are easy to use, virtually maintenance-free and absolutely robust. Optimized for feeding by wheel loader, to be adjusted to the respective construction machine size. The direct-drive single-deck screening machines have a coarse material pre-separation by means of a poles separator. Only high-quality system components are used. Our Recycling Screens have proven its efficiency in the treatment of mineral building materials 100 times.

What is the difference between the machines?

The screening machines are identical to the operating mode, the SBR 2 designed for wheel loaders with about 4 m³ bucket capacity, the SBR 3 for wheel loaders with about 1 m³ bucket capacity. Both can be used for building material recycling. The types differ essentially in size and in mass throughput. The energy costs are extremely low in both cases! In short, with the SBR 2 you can recycle your building material twice as fast as with the SBR 3.
