Processing of excavation and soil

The treatment of excavation is steadily increasing, in particular it helps to minimize tipping costs. Disposal costs are increasing nationwide as backfilling capacities are shrinking and new landfills are only created in a few places. Thus, the treatment with our screening machine can reduce the amount of material to be disposed of or first create the acceptance requirements required by the respective landfill.

In mobile use in civil engineering and road construction, it is also important to keep logistics costs low. In the best case, the fractions of the excavated mixture after the separation can be installed on site again, coarse rock, for example in hydraulic engineering, the soil for reclamation. But even if it is only about to get excavation stone-free before reinstalling, usually a large part of the transport costs can be omitted. The construction project is being implemented more favorably and is less dependent on deliveries of raw materials and less polluting the environment and road traffic.

The choice between SBR 3 and SBR 4 depends primarily on the available wheel loader, which means that the SBR 2 is used more frequently at recycling plants and the SBR 3, with lower transport dimensions and total weight, has its strengths in mobile use with wheel loaders about 1m³ bucket capacity.
